yy stands for Yin and Yang: the belief that the best of the technical world and the best of the creative world become more powerful when brought together in harmony. Technology gives us intelligence, infrastructure, and new capabilities. Creativity gives those capabilities form, emotion, identity, and meaning. yy exists at the intersection of both.

We are building yy Wearables alongside AGI, Inc., the artificial intelligence company founded by Div Garg with the broader ambition of making advanced intelligence useful and accessible to everyone. AGI, Inc. is building the intelligence and technical infrastructure behind that future, while yy translates it into physical products, consumer experiences, and cultural objects that people can understand, trust, and genuinely want to live with.

Our first product is a jewelry-style AI pendant that connects to your phone and acts as a personal companion, helping capture conversations, organize thoughts, preserve important moments, and surface useful context throughout the day. It is not another gadget competing for attention or a smaller computer placed around the neck. It is an intelligent object designed to fit naturally into a person’s life.

Together, yy and AGI, Inc. are building more than a pendant: a product, a brand, and a platform where technology, fashion, design, entertainment, and culture can come together.
